AUTHORIZATION FAILURE

COOKIES

The most common login failure problems typically result the Login Prompt repeating, or in your being re-routed to an "Authorization Failure" or "Authorization Required" page:
  • Incorrect or Mis-typed Username - make certain that the username you enter in the login box is identical to the username supplied to you by Association Management,
  • Incorrect or Mis-typed Password - Make certain that the Password is identical to the password supplied to you by Association Management.

Note that Username and Passwords are case-sensitive - uppercase (capitals) and lowercase characters must be typed exactly as assigned.

Our site uses "cookies" to store access information during your session. In order for you to login and use your restricted access area, you should set your browser (MS Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla, etc.) to "Allow Cookies" in the browser preferences.
NOTE: Cookies are a small text file, saved and managed by your browser program, on your computer by the web server you are visiting. They are often used by Web sites/servers to store session preferences and other information about site visitors to streamline server responses to visitor requests.
For your security, you should set your browser preferences to "Allow Session Cookies Only" or "First Party Cookies Only" - these settings will allow cookies to be used from sites you intentionally visit, but block cookie additions from links or servers you don't visit.
For MS Internet Explorer Users:

On MS Internet Explorer, the login prompt will be similar to the illustration to the left.

Make certain to type your Username and Password in the appropriate text boxes, exactly as they were assigned by Association Management -

e.g., "Bob" is not the same thing as "bob" or "BOB".

On some versions of MS Internet Explorer, you may need to adjust Security Settings to allow you to complete and submit "form" information.

To do this, open your browser:
  1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar,
  2. Select "Internet Options" menu item,
  3. Select the "Security" tab,
  4. Click the "Custom Level ..." command button,
  5. In the "Security Settings" window, scroll down to "Submit nonencrypted form data" and select "Enable",
  6. Click "OK" on the "Security Settings" and "Internet Options" windows to accept the change and close the windows.
